On December 12th 2009 We held our first Laughter Session.

I was pleased to have 6 very enthusiastic participants at this session that I put on for the students and staff of Candian College of Health, Science and Technology. This session called "Stress relief for students" was a great way for us to break up the stresses of the upcoming exam week!

 On January 24th 2010 we had our second Laughter Yoga Session, Our first at Downtown Yoga Studio.

What a great time! We were so pleased to have 20 amazing participants who came to share in the benifits of this practice.

Great energy, Great Laughter in a Great space!
